in the countries listed below in order to provide coverage in the areas
of source inspection and expediting, supplier surveys and audits. The alliances
are agreements with small local and specialized companies in their respective
countries to be an extension of MTB. The alliances are activated
only when MTB’s own contractors are not available at the time
